If you wish to bring along your pet please let us know. The lawns and yard are fully fenced so you may bring along your four legged friend with prior approval.

Middleton House can accomodate up to eight guests, however, for an extra fee we can accomodate an extra person. The extra fee will be displayed in price breakdown after you have selected your dates.

Upon booking, a 20% deposit is required to secure your stay with us.

An on-site caretaker is available to assist with any queries during your stay.

A deposit of 20% needs to be paid at the time of making the booking to secure your booking dates.
You are not required to pay a bond. We will require a valid credit card to be recorded, as security over your booking to cover any malicious damage, theft, or other expenses not covered in our standard holiday rental conditions.
Direct Deposit, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Cash.

Deposits made through this website are secured using PayPal, where you can pay via Credit Card, Direct Debit or from your PayPal account.

Final payments are required up to 30 days prior to arrival or you may be able to arrange a cash-on-arrival payment if we are able to meet you on your arrival.

Please note full payment and security credit card is required before key code handover and check-in is possible.

You will receive a confirmation of your payment and invoices are issued by request to individuals and as a standard procedure for Corporate Bookings.
Your deposit is made to secure your booking for a particular period of time therefore any money will only be refunded if cancelled 1 month prior to the booking date. A fee of $30.00 is applicable for all cancellations. See Terms and Conditions for further information.

We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover yourself for any cancellation fees if you are unable arrive for your holiday due to unforeseen circumstances.

Where possible we will try to accommodate any changes you may have as long as it does not adversely affect the booking. See our terms and conditions for further information.
This is not permitted as deemed by the Sunshine Coast Council.
Only the guests that are booked to stay in the house are permitted on the property.
The house accommodates 8 adults and children, an extra guest may stay for an extra fee. When choosing the number of adults that will be staying, please select the total number of guests including the extra person. The extra person fee will then be calculated and added to the price breakdown after you have selected your dates. If your guest is not staying for the entire booking, please contact us to process this fee separately.
Yes. We have a 2 night minimum stay and on a long weekend we have a 3 night minimum stay.
Report the matter to our property manager as soon as you can during business hours. If it is an emergency you may contact us out of hours. We will try our best to get an appliance repaired or replaced but this might not always be possible within a short time frame. We accept that breakages or damage to household goods may occur however they may be charged to your credit card held for security at our discretion.
The manager will send you a text message with the keypad code for the digital lock 24 hours prior to arrival.
Personal Items including toiletries, an umbrella, a long sleeve jacket as evenings can be cool.

Groceries from IGA, 26 Maple Street, Maleny or Woolworths, 2 Bunya St Maleny. If you are planning on outdoor activities we recommend you bring a hat, sunscreen and insect repellent.  Mozzie coils are also recommended.

Alcohol which can be purchased from the bottle shop at the Maleny Hotel, 6 Bunya St, Maleny or from the Purple Palate, 12 Bicentenary Lane, Maleny

Standard Check in time is 2.30pm, and check out time is 10:00am unless prior arrangements are made. If the house has not been booked the day before you arrive, or we are not expecting another guest on the day that you leave, we will try to be as flexible as possible with these times, however this must also work in with our cleaning and maintenance schedule. Often we cannot advise on this until closer to your stay.
Please contact us 1 day before arrival and advise an estimated arrival time and a mobile phone number that can be used as our contact number for you during your stay.
Yes, well-behaved pets are permitted. A maximum of 2 dogs per stay. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

This is your home away from home for the next few days or week. A starter pack of soap, tea, coffee, sugar, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent and toilet paper is also provided to help you with your arrival. You will then need to purchase whatever else you may need for the remainder of your stay.

We do not service the home while you are there unless this has been arranged as part of your stay, however the property may be accessed during your stay by our maintenance staff to service the garden or garbage bins.
